Requirements:
* University degree/graduate degree (HR or Finance/Payroll preferable)
* Min. 2 years’ experience in HR and/or Payroll
* Experience with SAP HR Module is a big advantage
* Strong knowledge of MS Excel
* Experience with HR shared services environment is advantage
* Fluent in English
* Native language/Professional level of Hungarian
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent eye for details, preciseness
* Self-motivated, positive attitude and proactive approach
Key responsibilities:
* Responsible for data management, transactional services and reports for workforce administration
* Provides first line support for HR services
* Act as single point of contact for Employees, Managers and divisional HR seeking support an HR processes, policies, data and applications
* Is responsible for the rapid and efficient resolution of standard
* Maintains data in HR CORE
* Monitors payroll relevant data in HR Core
* Coordinate monthly payroll process
* Provides reports and documents to HR & Line customers
* Provides Customer Specific Reports
* Provides methodological and system coordination governance to HR team based in Hungary
