Marketing and Sales Coordinator

For our client, an international business company, we are looking for a suitable candidate to become a part of the team.
Requirements:
* Min. collage education, marketing or sales is an advantage
* Marketing experience min 2 years, preferably in Advertising or Media agency is a big advantage (position a Project Executive or Account Manager)
* Experience with BTL activities, events, POS and direct marketing is an advantage
* Strong logical and analytical skills, be able to look for new and unusual solutions
* Flexibility and proactivity is a must
* Strong customer and results orientation
* People person, enjoying contact with people
* Be able to produce results under pressure within a fast moving environment
* Team work oriented, conflict management and problem solving capabilities
* Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills
* Fluent in Czech and English
* Willingness to travel within the country and possible elsewhere in Europe
Key responsibilities:
* Take responsibility for efficient product communication and promotions * Ensure correct global image for all product and literature produced whilst incorporating local/legal and other requirements
* Organize members´ events and promotions, contact with agencies, suppliers, producing branded items
* Take overall responsibility for liaison with suppliers
* Manage requests and archiving of Distributor testimonials, letters and awards for published articles
* Pre and Post launch analysis of product and literature sales to maximize launch potential
* Interface with all departments and offices to ensure efficient implementation and understanding of corporate and marketing policies and strategies
* Special responsibility to maintain all web, including online orders, and prepare for new product launches.
