Spring Menu @ The Midtown Grill Restaurant

Executive Chef Jan Wiesner has created a spring menu for the upcoming season.

Green pea soup with poached egg and truffle oil

Leg of rabbit with nettle stuffing and wilted spinach, spring vegetable

Roasted milk lamb with maple syrup and nuts green beans, roast potato and parsley roll 

Green tea cake with almond tuile

The new menu is available in the Midtown Grill Restaurant from March 23, 2015.
