Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to develop and support the company's business systems through all stages of the project life cycle for selected business areas, specifically Finance
Respond to 1st level requests for technical assistance of end users (employees) via phone and electronically (email, self service portal).
Log issue in a tracking system and escalate to 2nd Level HelpDesk if more specialized assistance is needed.
Identify and escalate situation requiring urgent attention.
Interact with users and co-workers (local & remote) to support identification and resolution of problems.
We require:
The position does not require long term work experience and so it is also suitable for graduates with limited work experience.
Experience at the 1st level IT Helpdesk position or/and international company environment is a plus
Proficiency in English and Spanish
Microsoft Office and Windows OS literacy
Exceptional interpersonal skills with high level of professionalism and strong customer orientation attitude
Very good written and verbal communication skills (e.g. active listening, ability to clearly summarize an issue)
Ability to learn and apply technical information in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
Ability to follow policies and procedures; attention to detail
Team player with a positive attitude particularly in high-pressure situations
