Main responsibilities:
• Provides marketing programs, new products, promotions, events to partners
• Source potential business opportunities
• Monitor business partners with reference to the achievement of quality and quantity targets
• Assure continuous phone and email availability to business partners
• Implement sales & marketing programs defined
• Partners support regarding to client needs, involving direct sales, category marketing, etc..
• Execution of Cross-selling and up-selling actions for products
• Define a business plan with the indication of quarterly targets
You should be able to achieve goals:
• Execution of number of calls required
• Guarantee target related to abandoned calls/abandoned rate
• Number of Leads created/managed
• Sellout versus Quota
We are looking for candidates with:
• Great communication skills
• Customer focus
• Drive and motivation
• Bachelor Degree in related field
• Native Romanian and Fluent English
• MS Office knowledge
