Our client, international company (B2B business) selling animal nutrition, is currently looking for experienced Sales professional with potential of growth, whose main responsibilities will be leading sales force in the Czech republic (coaching and motivating), developing business activities and sales strategy, budgeting and achieving set sales plan, monitoring and analysing competitors in the market.
Candidates can apply from the whole CZE. Sales manager has to go once in week to Prague´s office, but the rest of the time will be travelling.
We require proven and successful B2B sales experience, experience in leadership management, good motivator and role model, analytical and sales and natural attitude. Candidate has to have excellent presentation, negotiation and organizational skills, has to be result oriented and stress resistant, personal driven, flexible, team player, fluent in English and willing to travel.
