Home made cake of ricotta and pecorino cheese with sundried tomatoes
FIRST COURSE
Home made lasagne of Neapol style with mushrooms, artichoke and provolone cheese
SECOND COURSE
Grilled rack of lamb with steamed potatoes and baby carrots on wine Chianti with thyme
SIDE DISH
Asparagus salad with shavings parmesan, parma ham and cantalope melon
DESSERT
Home made tiramisu with strawberries
