Requirements:
* University degree/graduate degree
* Min. 3 years’ experience in HR or general process environment is must
* Experience with SAP HR module is an advantage
* Strong knowledge of MS Excel
* Experience with HR core processes is a plus
* Fluent in English, second language is a plus (German, Czech, Slovakian, Romanian, Hungarian)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent eye for details, preciseness
* Self-motivated, positive attitude and proactive approach
Key responsibilities:
* Provide functional expertise and guidelines
* Collaborate with global HR team and European HR teams
* Perform reports, control of operation management processes and principles
* Responsibility for implementation processes - Support countries who are currently updating/reviewing or starting with implementation procedure
* Manage all user access requests that come in to shared mailbox
* Manage and ensure process/document compliance
* Manage ad hoc process requests
* Support the team in the operational conversion of the objectives
* Maintain documentation and plan updates as required
* Provide support and feedback where necessary to other HR functions
* Reporting to HQ
