Our client, manufacturing company based in Vyškov is currently looking for an experienced customer service expert for export department.
As Customer Service Expert for the export market, your role is to be a bridge between traders, manufacturing, logistics and export customers. You will take care of the cycle from order to delivery for our customers worldwide. You work in an international company, with base in Vyskov.
Client requires to be fluent in Czech, English and in German (important market). Knowledge of Russian is an advantage, but not a must, as is knowledge of SAP. Client also need dynamic, communicative and open personality who is eager to take responsibility, who is service minded and customer oriented, who is dynamic and stress resistant. The role is based in Vyškov.
