The successful candidate will be responsible for communication with existing and prospective customers and handling their inquiries. You will also support Sales team and Operations with preparing prospects and documentation.
The ideal candidate should be communicative person with BA/ BSc degree in Business or Engineering who has at least 0,5 year experience in Customer service or technical support role. Proficiency with MS applications is required and knowledge of Salesforce big advantage. Fluent English and German is a must. We are looking for candidate who is customer-oriented, flexible and has good problem solving skills and would like to grow to sales department. Ideal candidate can start immediately.
