Our client is prestige international retail company who is currently looking for experienced candidate on position Area Manager for Czech republic and Hungary based in Prague office. We are looking for mature candidate with rich experience in retail business.
Area Manager will be responsible for stores in Czech republic and Hungary. AM will create reports, set plans and budgets for stores and will be closely in touch with management, store managers and business partners. Other important duties are recruiting, retraining and development of store managers´ performance, setting processes in stores, setting and evaluating KPI´s and supporting marketing events, supporting marketing events (new collections coming) etc.
Requirements for this position:
• University degree (ideally),
• at least 5-6 years of experience in similar position (area manager) in retail,
• previous experience in Fashion, Jewellery, Life Style or Cosmetics,
• previous experience working abroad is a big advantage,
• deep knowledge of retail KPI´s,
• excellent leadership skills based on previous experience,
• analytical thinking and personal driven,
• corporate and elegant behaviour,
• fluent in English, native Czech and
• willingness to travel.
