Main tasks include direct communication with the customer, organizing logistic processes around the globe, communication with logistic providers, taking care of multiple projects at a time.
An eligible candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience at customer service-related position, ideally connected with logistic processes. Fluent English is a must. An ideal candidate should be customer-oriented, deal well with stress and have great communication and multi-tasking skills.
