The digital manager will build a digital communication strategy for the Global Division and will work closely with countries to implement. Strengthening the digital skills and capabilities across all regions and promoting best practices is also a key cornerstone of this newly defined role. The Digital Communication Manager will facilitate increased collaboration between Countries, Regions, Communication, IS and the Global CoE for Multichannel. He will also provide “in-house” consultancy and delivery support in regions and countries for digital communication projects and also will train people in digital skills and capabilities.
The right candidate should have university degree, has to be creative and open minded for new ideas and innovation, should have excellent interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills with internal and external customers, strong project management skills, ability to translate innovative ideas to business and real life, ability to keep up to date with new, rapidly changing technologies and trends in pharma and non-pharma industries, ability to coach on digital and multichannel good practices, performance focused mind-set with results-oriented approach and strong execution.
For this role is important to have knowledge of digital techniques and a strong track record of delivery in one of the areas (websites, intranet, e-mail marketing, social media, e-detailing, mobile apps)
Track record in digital project management with 1-3 years’ experience in global or local digital marketing roles and fluent English
