Application and Business Analyst

For our client from banking area we are looking for candidates on position APPLICATION AND BUSINESS ANALYST.
Responsibilities
• Monitor functionality of internal systems, solving trouble tickets (independently or with involvement of internal support or development team)
• Do analyses with the bank for new requirements
• Cooperation on projects (analyses, cooperation on specification and writing internal documentation, test coordination, test and implementation management)
• Discuss and do support with development teams (internal or external)
• Prepare small changes (e.g. reports)
• Deployment of changes
• Manage the partnership and cooperation with the bank
• Manage the partnership and cooperation within the company (development teams) and external suppliers
Requirements
• Bachelor/Master degree in Informatics or Banking
• Advanced knowledge of SQL (MS SQL is an advantage)
• Knowledge of bank products and processes is an advantage
• Orientation/experience in programming code is an advantage
• Experience in application and/or server administration is a big advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Active knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good analytical thinking
