We are dynamic recruitment team responsible for Business Services and we are currently looking for a new colleague for following role:
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
build and maintain strong relationship with your client
providing highly professional service to the client and fulfill client´s recruitment needs
searching, attracting and selecting candidates
prescreening and interviewing candidates
coordinating the recruitment process
WE REQUIRE
university education
native Czech speaker, fluent English (daily communication)
knowledge of a second language is a BIG advantage
ideal candidate has at least one year of competitive recruitment experience already
knowledge of SSC/BPO environment is preferred
a strong, target orientated personality is required for this position
excellent communication skills
strong client orientation
