The successful candidate will be responsible for leading relationship and coordination management with the financial controllers and regularly delivery of financial reports to the top management of company. Providing relevant and motivating targets to staff will be on daily agenda. She/he will participate in staff selection and manage month-end closing. He/She will be in touch with all important stakeholders in order to make sure that all error are identified and resolved in time. The candidate as the most important part of GL team should be able to monitor and manage KPIs and be able to coach and mentor subordinates to achieve the best financial results.
The ideal candidate has university degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration and 8-10 years of relevant experience in GL as well as at least 5 years of experience as manager role within an international SSC. The organized and highly structured candidate must be detail oriented and have a great communication, presentation and analytical skills. Fluency in English is one of the most major requirements. Knowledge of any other European language would be an advantage. We are looking for the candidate who is able to think strategically and act proactively.
