Help Desk Analyst with German or French or Swedish or Portuguese

For our significant client, a stable international company based in Prague, we are searching for suitable candidates for the position of Help Desk Analyst with Swedish/ German/ French / Portuguese.
You will be responsible for 1st level support by ensuring everyday contact and interaction with internal users, you will receive request and solve various problems related to IT issues, allocate unresolved call to other colleagues or 2nd level support as appropriate and enter all information into system. Your goal will be to provide adequate help and satisfy users’ needs.
As a successful candidate you should have customer orientation with ability to make good customer relations. Fluent English and one of these languages - Swedish/German/French/Portuguese is a must. Previous experience in IT related field at least 1 year is necessary. You should be a person that is able to work independently as well as in the team, you should have very good communication skills and strong drive to solve problem. Working shifts from 7amt to 7pm.
