Due to the expansion of our clients Property Management team in Czech Republic, we are seeking to recruit a person for position Property Manager. As a Property Manager you are responsible for the full operation an industrial properties portfolio.
Your main responsibilities will be regular on site supervision of the building operations, building performance and financial (rent roll) reporting, budgeting/forecasting (OPEX-CAPEX), communication with tenants, implementation of tenant manuals, fire, safety & security regulations, lease administration, cooperation with Real Estate consultancy companies.
Ideal candidate has University degree, 1-2 years experience on position Property Manager, experience with industrial properties and very good knowledge of English (spoken and written form). You should be self-reliant, hard working and dynamic person.
