Your main tasks on this position will be to conduct professional work for relevant Clients to ensure that all relevant reporting requirements are met to agreed deadlines, to support Directors with necessary relevant research, analysis, reports and presentations as required by relevant Clients and Projects, to act as a point of contact for Client's to ensure alignment and delivery of services, align transactions and transaction strategies with the Client's corporate real estate objectives, ensure the seamless delivery of professional services across all departments and offices across EMEA region, fostering and maintaining good working relationships with all relevant clients and their key personnel, Advising the client on estate strategy issues, Manage real estate market intelligence including mark-to-market updates portfolio benchmark reports including identification and pursuit of Real Estate savings opportunities, Standard financial analysis to be presented to senior leadership in support of annual budget development, To provide new ideas for the generation of fee income, To seek opportunities to develop new business including cross-selling and identification of new business.
Ideal candidate will have University degree (economics/financial/valuation), good understanding of real estate market , A sound track record of managing external professional agents Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, excellent organisation and time management skills, IT skills, particularly MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Must be able to work effectively as part of a team, Must possess very good written and verbal communication skills (English required, German, French and some of Slavic languages would be an advantage).
