Qualification Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development and relevant quantifiable sales achievements across CEE region.
- Understanding of ICT business, market access and industry trends across CEE region and capability to analyze and interpret them.
- ICT technology background with knowledge of microprocessors and infrastructure products.
- Experience in working within multinational and multicultural teams and matrix organization.
- Strategic thinking.
- Contract negotiation abilities.
- Good communication skills.
- French language as an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Set and develop sales plans for individual countries/markets.
- Adopt the most appropriate strategies to meet market demands and operational and financial performance indicators.
- Actively identify and leverage potential business opportunities within specified customer accounts across CEE region.
- Analyze potential business opportunities for individual global accounts. - Develop in-depth knowledge of key customer accounts.
- Establish and maintain long-term mutually profitable business relationships with decision makers of global accounts.
- Co-ordinate regional sales/presales teams.
- Measure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor actions and results against plans.
- Co-operate with Global Sales Initiative.
