Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will on daily basis monitor sales and purchase of fuel, dry stock and another services, communicate with petrol stations, perform reconciliation of station customer accounts and credit card customer accounts. He / she will be responsible for upload of data from the retail automation system into SAP and reconcile inventory and close the accounts at the end of month. Any other duties that are within the scope, spirit or purpose of the role or as reasonably requested.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, patient, team player, friendly and communicative person. We are looking for customer oriented person with good command of English. Russian, Bulgarian, Polish or Finnish is an advantage. We also expect very good knowledge of Excel, SAP is also desirable.
