Hays Czech Republic is looking for a new IT Recruitment Consultant to join our well established IT & Telecoms team.
We seek a talented individual who wants to become a real expert at IT & Telecoms area, who is attracted by new challenges of the recruitment business and is willing to join his/her career with a global leader in recruitment.
Your responsibilities will include:
• building the relationship with candidates and clients
• interviewing and selecting candidates
• presenting suitable profiles to clients
• organizing client interviews
• providing feedbacks to both parties
• developing new business opportunities

We are interested in a talented individual with High School/University Degree, previous recruitment or sales experience, a strong interest in IT area, excellent knowledge of English and Czech - both written and spoken.
