Procurement Specialist

For our client, international developer based in Prague, we are looking for candidates on position Procurement Specialist.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation and update of project documentation
• Coordination of vendor contracting phase
• Preparation of construction budgets and building of price-list database
• Records and maintains up-to-date the data in CENKROS, OFERTA and DMS (Document Management System)
Key requirements:
• University level education with a major in Civil Engineering
• Min.3 year - experience in the construction - finishing works, fit-out or by general contractor
• Ideally blended experience from design, project management and construction supervision phases
• Active command of English language (both written and verbal) mandatory
• Working knowledge of Auto-CAD and MS Office suites (Excel)
• Project management experience
• Tendering experience
• Construction supervision experience
• Experience with project, tender and legal documentation
• Very good overview of finishing and design materials available on the market and technological trends in the industry
