AP/CS Representative with Swedish

For our significant client an international company we are currently looking for suitable candidate for Accounts Payable Clerk / Customer Service with fluent Swedish and English.
The successful candidate will ensure all invoices are processed efficiently through the system. He/she will be responsible for coding invoices in the system, matching them with purchase orders and receipts and chasing approval workflows that are close to payment deadline. Answering and managing suppliers queries regarding payments and AP or procurement with the client country is also part of the role as well as monthly closing.
The ideal candidate should be customer oriented person with orientation on detail, education in finance and at least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting (AP, AR) or CS related to finance. We are looking for responsible and adaptable person who has strong communication skills and speaks fluent English and Swedish. We also expect good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP.
