SAP FI/SD Specialist
The SAP FI/SD Specialist works within SAP Solutions Centre. He/she has a deep understanding of the end-to-end processes and is responsible for SAP system set-up and support, especially in the area of SAP FI and SD across several systems, and also design and coordination of data transfer from legacy systems to SAP.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluates incidents and standard change requests and makes changes
according to business requirements.
• Evaluates problems and changes requests and advises on the requirements,
resolution Participates in projects, aligns with all parties involved: SAP development, SAP Basis, SAP Security, SAP XI, legacy/backend systems and Business Partners as needed.
• Updates service calls, problem and change tickets with relevant information
and status changes.
• Works with business counterpart to prepare functional designs so the developers
can make the technical designs and the actual developments.
• Responsibility for all integration aspects within given area. Escalation point
for unresolved issues regarding specific area.
• Conducts modular tests. Helps the business counterpart to prepare test scenarios
and supports user acceptance tests. Evaluates completeness and validity
of the required test scenarios.
• Makes sure that all required documentation is up-to-date. Documentation includes
Process design, Functional design, Technical design, Operational manuals, Error handling.
• Escalates to line and project/product management when integration,
documentation or development becomes problematic.
We require:
• +5 years FI experience (Essential)
• +2 years SAP SD experience (Essential)
• Basic ABAP knowledge (Advantage)
• Experience from a support environment in an international or multi-cultural
environment (Essential)
• Team player (Essential)
• Fluent English - written and spoken (Essential, min. B2)
• Other languages, especially German (Advantage)
• PC literate with Excel (Essential)
• Strong analytical skills (Essential)
• Good cross-cultural communication skills (Essential)
• Self-motivated
• High level of personal appearance
• Excellent communicator
