The successful candidate will provide excellent customer care and deal with customer complaints on daily basis. He/She will be in touch with all important stakeholders in order to make sure that all error are identified and resolved in time. The candidate as an important part of professional Customer Service should be able to monitor and manage KPIs.
The ideal candidate has university degree in Business or in similar field and 2-5 years experience in Shared Service Centre especially with Customer Care. He/She should strongly focus on customer needs. SAP and Excel knowledge is a huge plus. The organized candidate must be detail oriented and have a great communication skills. The following language combination is strongly required: English/French or English/German.
