For our international client, an outsourcing company located in Brno, we are seeking for suitable candidates for a role of HR Manager with English.
At this position you will be responsible for HR department mainly for all recruitment processes and HR strategies. You will be advisor for business part of company regarding possibilities at HR market. Your duties will also include resources planning within your responsibility and people management.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong experience in recruitment process, very good knowledge of HR market and HR processes. Right candidate should be business oriented, dynamic and able to meet deadlines. Fluent Czech and English is a must.
