EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCT MANAGEMENT IS ESSENTIAL
Our client, international non-food FMCG company providing home and baby care products, is currently looking for Senior Product Manager (for CEE region) whose responsibilities will be following:
• management of 2 product managers and their performance, responsibility that results of team will reach deadlines,
• training and coaching of product team, coordinating of team activities,
• defining of strategy and opportunities for assigned category,
• connecting CEE product management and local product teams,
• new product development based on inputs of local market,
• monitoring of market, key competitors, consumer understanding and budgeting.
We require candidates with University level of education, previous experience in Product Management in FMCG segment - minimum 5 years, product development and leadership management experience is essential for this position. We are looking for native Czech or Slovak with fluent English, somebody with proactive attitude able to handle multiple-tasking and deliver required results in time, great communicator able to deal with people from cross-functional environment, easy adaptable with changes. Driving license and willingness to travel occasionally.
