Our client is an international company, well-known brand name, changemaker wherever retail meets digital. For this company, we are currently looking for an experienced IT Project Manager. Could you be the right person for the following role?

IT PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

In this role you will manage different projects from kick off through launch. You will be responsible for managing client expectations and ensuring quality delivery. Also you will coordinate the technology team, represent clients internally, maintain sites, create and manage budgets and schedules and maintain team morale. As a Project Manager you will negotiate for resources and allocation to projects. All issues impacting deliverables, schedules, and budget should be maintained and documented; schedule slips and scope changes should be pro-actively communicated. In addition to these tasks, you are expected to make a contribution in the defining and refining of processes. You are expected to manage different-scale, multi-location projects, and projects containing virtual resources.

Plan projects, involving multiple groups and schedules
Manage all aspects of the project, including scope, time frames, quality, costs and results, team, outsourcing, communications, risks and integration.
Facilitate effective team communication and collaboration, including communication with client
Lead the team appointed to the project, distributing each one's tasks and responsibilities and coordinating performance assessment processes.
Adjust plans and milestones to changing priorities, constraints, and requirements
Tracking, summarizing and presenting project progress, status, and problems to clients and colleagues
Managing project risks.
Managing project budget, costs and margin, managing quoting and invoicing
Planning and tracking the use of resources throughout the projects
Managing changes to scope and client expectations
Identifying and evaluating critical issues and developing effective solutions
Managing project documentation
Tracking and managing sequence of work and internal/external inter dependencies
Establishing productivity improvement actions by team, including reorganizing and changing roles
Participating in process improvement program
Soliciting and analyzing feedback from clients, team members and stakeholders


We require:

3+ years of experience with multichannel implementations - retail environment is an advantage
Implementation of large scale e-commerce platform will be an added advantage.
Ability to manage team and project finance
Strong commercial awareness
Understanding of Agile development process
English – everyday communication with our clients
