Main job responsibilities:
• Direct communication with customers and third parties
• Providing customers with product information
• Taking care of customers’ needs, requests, complaints
• Offering complete customer service on the phone
• Providing all details regarding loyalty programs
• Daily communication with native speakers from German speaking countries
We’re looking for:
• Positive, dynamic personality
• Fluent German C1
• Fluent English B2
• Good communication skills
