We’re looking for R&D engineers who are passionate about AI, advancing science, and building the next generation of intelligent machines. Our ambitious AI research agenda is both broad and deep, with leading edge projects in machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, brain-inspired algorithms, etc. for next generation AI.

You will work on the most cutting-edge, exciting projects and you will help to design and implement state of the art AI systems that will impact the world. You will interact with the brightest minds in AI and will help bring AI research ideas into scalable, robust, product-level systems. This position is for IBM Watson Prague R&D AI Lab.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Experience in coding and debugging in one or more general purpose programming languages including, but not limited to: Java, C/C++, Python
• Experience in software development involving modern DevOps technology and methodologies, including but not limited to: agile development, continuous integration pipelines, test-driven development, container technology, microservice oriented architectures
• Experience in translating project requirements into robust software components and architectures
• Experience in developing cloud-based systems
• Good communication skills to work within a global team. Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Experience in one or more of the following areas: artificial intelligence, machine learning, large scale data mining, pattern recognition, natural language processing
