Purpose And Scope

To build volume, share and profit for relevant Brands by activating the Global positioning in the most relevant way for Czech & Slovak consumers.

Monitor and evaluate changes in consumer behavior, recommend and implement response initiatives. Continuously analyze business, market and competitors and recommend actions to be taken to overcome barriers and optimize business opportunities for volume, share and profit growth.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for activating the Global brand positioning and develop brand strategies, plans for relevant brand.
  • Maintain and increase brand availability in the market, design programs to increase brand availability for specific consumer occasions, consult and implement initiatives jointly with the Consumer Occasion Marketing team.
  • Responsible for effective marketing budgeting and monitoring including the co-ordination of effective and accurate budget allocation.
  • Develop and manage brand P&L.
  • Ensure the company standards of quality for advertising, labeling, packaging, P.O.P, materials and novelty items are maintained.
  • Communicate the legal clearances for all new promotion and advertising materials and also for major changes in pattern material of local production of TV/Cinema.
  • Coordinate the brand strategy development between Atlanta, Division and the local Marketing team.
  • Initiate and co-ordinate the necessary market research tests and interpret qualitative and quantitative results.
  • Communicate brand strategies and plans to the relevant agencies and supervise the agencies to ensure the most efficient service within the framework of their contracts.

Education

Bachelors degree in marketing or related field. MBA or advanced marketing study distinct advantage.

Experience

3-5 years of consumer/brand marketing experience within a classical FMCG company.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Experience in developing brand strategies and tactics
  • Experience in presenting detailed positioning statement and strategies to management and bottlers
  • A driving vision for the business and a desire for impact. Draws the energy needed to persist and overcome obstacles from this vision.
  • Passion for consumer marketing. A driving curiosity to understand people. Always asking the next question.
  • Ability to develop innovative, yet rigorous and sound, logic-based analytical skills.
