Business & Process Analyst of Mortgages in Retail Banking

Key Responsibilities:
• Create link between retail business requirements and technical departments
• Make business analysis of any changes, projects or initiative to be further processed/analysed within technical departments
• Analyse all important processes or system changes coming from any area with impact into client processes to find out impacts on retail business and retail processes
• Define business requirements
• Cooperate with other analysts from other departments on common and business projects
• Design and map processes
• Maintain updated business analytical documents for any implemented changes
• Ensure all controls (4EP, CCF, etc.) are properly designed during any change or project
• Identify and propose business or process improvements in retail banking areas
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) – testing, preparation of test cases, coordination of UAT, help with UAT testing
• Create procedures concerning department processes
• Set up product parameters in systems (interest rates, bonuses, campaigns etc.)
• Reporting activities and statistics (Business Tracking, KRI, CCF, FFF, any other)
Requirements:
• University degree (Economy or Financial area)
• Strong analytical skills
• Previous experience in banking area, preferably in analytical role or process management role especially in mortgages
• English spoken and written
• PC skills on higher office level – MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Visio/ARIS
