In the position your key responsibilities will be:
• Prepare customer reports (fleet reviews, ad hoc reports) and discuss them with the Account Manager to be able to prepare customer tailored solution
• Assist with projects as needed based on customers‘requirements
• Support of controlling team - preparation of monthly activity indicators
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company rules and guidelines
• Responsible for complaint management, preparation of complaint reports
• Prepare supplier analyses and discuss them with the Head of Operations/Head of Procurement

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in Finance area (controlling/reporting/ and finance principles)
• Logical and analytical skills, good communication skills, problem solving
• Excellent Excel skills
• English is must, German is an advantage
• Time management, prioritization, ability to work with tight deadlines, ability to work under stress
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment
• Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
• Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment
• Ability to accept reproaches and to learn from them (positive attitude)
Salary: minimal guaranteed salary is 1300€ brutto/gross (and higher salary for more senior candidate).
