Responsibilities: 
- Develop and execute sales program to achieve targets and maximize profit potential
- Active searching and acquiring of new Clients;
- Develop and maintain good relationship with the customers, monitor customers feedback and promptly handle issues,
- Direct responsibility for sales figures in respected area with high focus to reaching business lines sales targets and strategic goals
- Proactive approach towards fulfillment of customers’ demands 
- Building long term sales relationship with Client
- Preparation and analysis of sales data
- Implementation of established sales plans

The ideal cancidate will have following skills and attributes: 
Minimum 5 years successful experience within the sales of financial products (corporate sector)
Czech native, fluent English is a must, other languages optional
Experience with a complete sales cycle, develop new business, closing deals
Experience within public sector is an advantage – especially healthcare sector or municipalities
Great in business planning, organizational analysis, market analysis
Pro-active and driven attitude and a strong desire to exceed sales targets
Ability to work autonomously and self-motivate
An understanding of companies that operate within the banking, public and medical  sector would be highly advantageous.
Driving license B
Excellent communication and presentation skills 
Team player, but able to work also independently and systematically 
Task and success motivated
