CE Cluster Finance Planning and Reporting Manager - Austria, Czech, Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia
The role is responsible for Management Reporting, Planning and Forecasting processes in the CE Cluster aligned with the Cluster strategy and Value Opportunities, working together and driving partnership with Finance peers across the Cluster and within the GSK network.
Responsibilities:
· Driving efficient planning and forecast activities including rolling forecast cycles at month-end, year-end and phased planning horizon, running presentation packs and review meetings
· Managing performance analytics, capturing risk and opportunities and providing effective performance variance comments to stakeholders across the organization
· Assisting the CE Cluster Head of FC P&R in the delivery of month-end, quarterly and year-end reporting in line with guidelines for all countries in the cluster
· Monitors accuracy and evolution trends within the CE portfolio and initiates follow-up deep dive actions with SFPs/CFPs and Cluster SFP as appropriate.
· Supports of governance processes in CE Cluster (e.g. pricing)
· Develops excellent collaboration and leveraging GSK network resources to deliver reporting and planning requirements efficiently, drive for continuous improvement and promotes best practices within the CE Cluster and sharing them across Clusters
· Demonstrates a deep understanding of GSK finance processes, business practices and the way CE markets operate.
· Provides support to CE Cluster Head of FC P&R on different projects, initiatives and business cases, as appropriate
Skills & Experience:
- University business degree with major in Finance, MBA, min. 3 years working experience in Finance planning and reporting in Pharma/FMCG and matrix environment, strong financial process knowledge
- Strong networking, presentation and communication and analytical skils
- Excellent Excel and ERP system knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Self-starter and ability to work under distance reporting line manager
- Challenges how things are done and provides option analysis to drive for decision and results
