Place of work: Bratislava

The CFO is responsible for finance department, primarily accounting, finance related operations and controlling of the international group headquartered in Slovakia with an international PE investor. He ensures statutory accounting as well as management accounting, prepares reports and analyses for customer/project level profitability and consults and oversees other departments on the company on finance related matters. CFO is also responsible for consolidation of 2 international subsidiaries in abroad.  He/she is deeply involved in improving the consistency, predictability and efficiency of the organization planning and reporting capability. CFO provides leadership in best practices and is highly customer focused internally and externally.
CFO reports to CEO/COO and is a member of Management team.

Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to CEO and COO in the execution of the company’s strategy
- Management and responsibility for finance department of the group with revenues of 20mil Eur
   o Invoicing, finance department operations
   o Managing bank relationships (acquisition financing, operating financing), investor relationship (reporting)
   o Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including
   o Cash management, oversight over accounts payable and receivable
   o Oversee all purchasing and payroll activity for staff and participants.
   o Ensuring all statutory requirements of the organizations in group are met
   o Audit and tax responsibility

Management accounting and reporting, analyses
   o Together with COO develop operating budget, budgetary reporting and monitoring
   o Close cooperation with COO, support of Head of Project management
   o Performing weekly/monthly analyses and reports reagrding potential cost and profitability issues in projects, initiatives, clients
   o Interface with the appropriate Production, Design and Logistics deparments heads to address and resolve issues
