Cloud Services Engineer

Our Cloud services organization is looking for a person with passion to operate and automate tasks while supporting MSD users of Amazon Web Services and Azure.
Primary job responsibilities include:
- To be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and operating production cloud services
- Improve services reliability by writing and maintaining automation code
- To provide a support to the teams leveraging cloud infrastructure and mature the cloud service offerings
- Be able to help with troubleshooting the incidents, identify the root cause and fix it
- To interact with both business and technical teams throughout the various MSD divisions
Experience and skills:
- Knowledge of infrastructure basics (eg: servers, networking, monitoring, patching, security)
- Any code development skills (Python, Powershell, Ruby, Java) preferred
- Working knowledge of cloud hosting services such as Amazon Web Services and/or Azure preferred
- Experience with reading and understanding Technical Documentation would be a plus
- Written and verbal English communication skills
- To be self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
