We are looking for a positive, motivated person with a proven experience in Human Resources management.
Your role and responsibilities
- You will be part of our growing team focusing on HR consulting
- Working on various HR consulting projects (Employer branding, HR DD, People Analytics, HR Audit, benchmarking surveys and many more)
- Developing business relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Coordination of particular tasks within a project
- Gaining and sharing knowledge and experience on local and international level
We require
- Minimum 2 years of experience with various HR processes
- Proven project management skills – responsibility and ownership for ensuring work is done at desired level and delivered on time
- Very good analytical skills and judgment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong business acumen and drive
- Fluent knowledge of Czech and advanced English
- University degree
