For our client, international bank, we are looking for experienced candidates for the position of Consumer Loans Manager – Household Financing with responsibility for project development and management of consumer loans, within the division of Retail and Private Banking.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for consumer loans product management, for market competitiveness of the product offer, leading the efforts for product development
• Responsible for product documentation and methodology
• Responsible for information adequacy towards internal and external customers, and coordination of product related communication activities within the bank
• Develops strong value proposition to facilitate sales force activity and satisfy client needs
• Cooperates in cross-bank projects related to the product.
• Responsible for increasing product profitability leveraging on pricing and also cross selling and up selling activities
• Supports remote channel development offering products matching market request
• Cooperates in related processes and tools development with all related teams (i.e. HHF Processes, Credit Risk structures, GBS - Organization), developing internal adequate skills and competencies to guarantee the effective execution
• Minimizes cost of risk impact
• Implements regular reporting
• Contributes to the growth of the professional competence of the network resources by developing within its line of competence "technical-specialistic" training focused on products and service model in close cooperation with Retail Sales Unit
• Defines the marketing plan for the consumer loans product, in cooperation with Marketing & Segments
• Participates in the definition of the annual planning budget process and contributes to setting the objectives of the incentive scheme for the Sales force
• Cooperates with teams managing other products within Household Financing structure and with segment management teams
COMPETENCIES
• Proven track record in consumer loans area
• Experience with product and process management in similar role
• Fluent English
• Leadership and people management skills (experience in managerial role minimum 1 year)
• Strong interpersonal skills (to intensively collaborate with other Departments/ Units)
• Ability to develop a vision
• Sense of urgency
• Ability to adapt and prioritize
• Strong orientation towards customer needs
