Corporate Lawyer

For our klient, global original pharmaceutical company, we are looking for senior lawyer (5+ years' experience), with fluent English.
Place of work: Bratislava
Employment contract or trade licence.
You will be responsible for:
• all delegated legal activities in all
company´s departments in Slovakia including business partnering,
general legal services (including in particular: reimbursement
processes, contracts, regulatory, promotion, approvals
(products/manufacturing) and for support in compliance area
• providing legal advice on various matters: commercial law, civil law,
pharmaceutical law, labor law, administrative law, competition law
• ensuring compliance with all applicable local country laws and regulations
• preparing or reviewing contracts and other legal documents
• drafting and implementing internal policies
• performing and tracking legal and compliance trainings
• advising on compliance related areas
Personality requirements and skills
• An appropriate legal education
• Experience at least 5 years (law firm/in-house)
• English reading and writing skills
• Responsible and self-motivated individual
• Communication skills and a sound understanding of customer needs
• Person who enjoys teamwork
• Ideally a certified lawyer
• Experience of working in or for the pharmaceutical sector or similar
• Responsible and self-motivated, independently working
