Customer Service Specialist

For our most valued client, international sports FMCG company, we are looking for an exceptional candidate for a role of CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST. Position is based in Prague.

YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF:

Be responsible for creation of Credit notes
Attend telephone calls, reply customers e-mails
Process and send out orders confirmations
Closely cooperate with Sales, Finance and Marketing department
Be in charge of posting and creation of invoices & responsible for reporting
IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS TO HAVE:

Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service
High motivation, willingness and ability to learn and develop fast, initiative
SAP knowledge is a great benefit, MS Office user knowledge
Communication and interpersonal skills, conflict management
Czech / Slovak with intermediate English
