For our most valued client, international sports FMCG company, we are looking for an exceptional candidate for a role of CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST. Position is based in Prague.
YOU WILL BE IN CHARGE OF:
• Be responsible for creation of Credit notes
• Reply customers e-mails, attend telephone calls
• Process and send out orders confirmations
• Closely cooperate with Sales, Finance and Marketing department
• Be in charge of posting and creation of invoices & responsible for reporting
IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS TO HAVE:
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service
• High motivation, willingness and ability to learn and develop fast, initiative
• SAP knowledge is a great benefit, MS Office user knowledge
• Czech/ Slovak with intermediate English
