For our significant client European Shared Service Centre based in Prague, we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Customer Service Specialist with Italian (German can be advantage).
Your new role
The successful candidate will provide excellent customer care, deal with customer orders and claims on daily basis. He/She will be in touch with all important stakeholders in order to make sure issues are identified, tracked and resolved. The candidate as an important part of professional Customer Service should be able to monitor and manage KPIs.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in Shared Service Centre especially with Customer Care. He/She should strongly focus on customer needs. Knowledge of SAP and Excel knowledge is an advantage. The candidate must be detail oriented and have great communication skills. Fluent knowledge of Italian and English is a must. Knowledge of German language can be advantage.
