You should enjoy doing the following
- Development of electronics including schematic design, board layout, software, certifications, and testing
- Taking the project all the way from a concept into production
- Interpreting the customer requirements and specifications
- Optimizing the designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability
- Using and efficiently applying the defined risk analysis tools (e.g. design and prototype reviews, DFMEA, kinematic design, DFM&A, CTQ)
- Cooperating with with all relevant areas within the CZ and the mother company with the aim to ensure common development and changes
- Active participation in developing a culture of continuous improvement
Your job might be a bit harder without having these
- University degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
- Good working knowledge of measurements and embedded system design, experience with audio electronics is a great advantage
- Experience in designing and developing digital and analog audio electronics would also be a great asset
- Knowledge of “C”, not a must, but a big plus point
- 1+yrs or more of electronics development experience
