We are now looking for passionate DevOps Engineer to be a part of a world-class development organization delivering products and online services which are humanly desirable, business viable and technically feasible.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:
- Maintain the service continuity of our PaaS (Platform as a Service) ERP solution via establishing appropriate operational tools, monitoring metrics and tracking platform availability, throughput and performance. Optimize the day-to-day cloud operation by leveraging tools like Salt, Zabbix, based on a deep understanding of product architecture.
- Troubleshooting Cloud landscape problems reported by partners and providing the best available solution or workaround within the agreed service levels
- Communicate and collaborate with global product management, support and development team around the world to fulfill the requirements in time and quality.
- Cooperation with Development & Field Teams to identify bugs and missing product functionality for future releases
- Rotational weekend duty manager

Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Computer skills - programmer
SQL - basic

UNIX/Linux administration - basic

Personality requirements and skills
- Microsoft Admin experience
- Linux Admin experience
- SQL and DB administration experience, e.g. clustering setup, backup
- Familiar with DevOps tools like Salt, Puppet, Ansible
- Familiar with monitoring tools (e.g. Zabbix)
Language Skill:
- Fluent English (written & oral) and proactive communication skills.
