We are looking for ambitious person with drive, energy and motivation to support our Airlines Sales team in Prague.
Direct Sales Account Specialist is an integral member of the Airlines Sales team in EMEAI. As a SalesForce and sales process specialist, this role operates to improve the overall pipeline quality of the extended Airlines sales team. This role will organize and update account information in Sales Force to improve the effectiveness of sales campaigns and targeted marketing communication:
What you will do:
- Contact customers to qualify leads and improve quality of sales opportunities in SFDC
- Organize and update account information in SFDC to improve data quality and effectiveness of marketing communications and campaigns
- Build supporting tools for sales team which captures information about aircraft maintenance schedules with inputs from service centers and operators
- Collaborate with IT and Sales Excellence on process optimization and automation initiatives
- Provide sales with information on product pricing, lead time, and availability
- Consolidate inputs from sales team, SFDC and customers about demand and organize planning inputs
What we expect from you:
- Business or commercial based degree or similar qualification
- Experience in sales administration, sales support and/or customer service, preferably in an international organization
- Aerospace background is a big advantage
- Experience of working with Salesforce.com and SAP systems; Microsoft Office skills (eg Excel)
- Advanced level of English language, other language is advantage
- Data administration management and precision to procedures;
- Goal and team oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under stress situations.
