Event Coordinator with English and Dutch / Polish or Italian

Your new company 
For or our important client, an international Healthcare company located in Prague, we are seeking for suitable candidates for a role of Event Coordinator with Dutch / Polish or Italian  . It is a temporary role - working contact is for 6 months with possibility to extend it.

Your new role 
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and execution of training, educational programs and Healthcare services for other departments. This includes events such as Symposia, Workshops, Round Table Meetings etc. This person will ensure logistics for these events (hotel reservations, transportation, administrative support for other types of interactions, such as educational grants, donations to foundations and will be in charge of all necessary documentation such as contracts, making sure local legal regulations, preparation an tracking of budgets, creation purchase orders in the system, sending invoices for payment processing etc.

What you'll need to succeed 
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in event organization, have excellent communication and good interpersonal skills, have ability to handle multiple, complex tasks. We are looking for customer oriented person with excellent English and Polish or Dutch or Italian and very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
