You should enjoy doing the following:
- Managing spent against budget (Cap Cost, NPR, GMD, CAPEX) within the Czech plant
- Providing finance support, helping the organization to be more effective in regards to finances and cost area management
- Managing spent analysis, suggesting and driving preventive and corrective actions
- Implementation of finance/cost-ownership management
- Supporting decision-making by cost scenario analysis
- Supporting finance related authorities and cooperating within the areas of finance and controlling
- Supporting the development of controlling procedures in cooperation with Tymphany Group
- Proactively selecting and applying controlling tools
- Following up models on investments and incentives in cooperation with Tymphany Group
- Following up models for productivity and deviations from budgeted standards in production, in cooperation with the Operations Controller and Procurement Controller within Tymphany Group
- Budget and calculation process in accordance with guidelines from Tymphany Group, facilitating execution of budgets
- Establishing transfer prices with Tymphany Group in accordance with Czech law
Your job would be very hard without having these
- University degree
- 3 years experiences in finance area
- Czech accounting standards, IAS and tax regulations knowledge
- Advanced English, spoken and written
- Excellent SW skills (MS Office, SAP)
- Good understanding of numbers, ability to see “the big picture”
