Head of Talent Management leads the development of the Business talent strategy to ensure Plzeňský Prazdroj attracts and develops the best talent in the Industry for the long term sustainability of the Business. S(he) coordinates the Talent Management process across the whole business and drives best practice within the fields of recruitment, assessment, selection and performance management as well as organisational career development.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

 

• Develop and deploy the Business Talent strategy to ensure we hire, develop and retain the best talent required for support of the long term Business strategy

 

• Lead the Performance and Talent Management processes and ensures clear actionable outputs are in place.

 

• Develop leading edge Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition

 

• Lead the agenda of University and Secondary Schools relationships

 

• Align with L&D to implement development programmes (including graduate development programmes) based on identified talent actions.

 

• Ensure appropriate trainings is in place (e.g. Career Development, Recruitment, Psychometric assessment, Performance management etc.) to build line management people management capability

 

• Set and manage suppliers relationships (recruitment agencies, psychometric assessment agencies)

 

• Lead and manage the psychometric assessment process for the Business in alignment with SABMiller policy and guidelines to assure right selection and use of methods and value for the business

 

• Manage a team of four Senior HR Specialists in Czech and Slovakia

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

 

 

• University degree in psychology

 

• Recognised qualification in talent management and psychometric assessment

 

• In depth knowledge of talent management and development

 

• Relevant managerial experience (7+ years) in HR ( preferably working in an international businesses)

 

• Excellent communication and influencing skills

 

• Proficiency in English
